At MCCi it’s important that we foster an environment that strikes a balance between professional work and play. We want everyone to enjoy coming to work at MCCi, to be energized, feel like they are making a difference, and to feel like they are continually growing and learning. In doing so, we participate and host events throughout the year that cater to our employees, our clients and our community. We call this our CARE campaign, which is focuses on how we are Conscientious, Action Oriented, Resourceful, and Exceptional. We believe our company culture is at the heart of our success. Our family of employees genuinely care about other people and have a strong desire to be a part of something bigger than themselves.

- Annual Contests - Each quarter MCCi holds a specific contest for its employees to show off their talents and spark a little healthy completion into the air.

- Client Appreciation – At MCCi we believe in focusing on our clients above all else. Although we focus on this daily we make sure to set aside a special week each year that is devote specifically to our clients. We celebrate their success through our Client Excellence Awards and host several events that focus on maintaining and improving our level of services.
- Employee Appreciation - Our internally developed FishCakes application allows employees to give each other “fish” as a way to recognize their outstanding efforts in our day to day workings.
