Some Common Questions we will ask:

• From your current system, what export functions are available?
• Where does the data reside (Hard Drive, CD's, Juke Box, DVDs, other optical media, etc)
• If the data resides on a proprietary media or drive type, will MCCi have access to that equipment (can we take the info and equipment offsite).
• If the data only resides on CD's or other removable media, are you willing to move it all to one Hard Drive for MCCi's conversion process?
• How many GB's?
• What type of database does the information reside in?
• If the data is only retrievable through a software package, can we have access to the software package / server where the data resides?
• Will the data need to be "cleaned up" or restructured from it's current format, when loaded into your new system?
