Records Analysis Service
Evaluating your current document inventory, storage and retention methods plays a key role in finding a suitable solution. MCCi will conduct an inventory assessment and consultation of your records after which you are provided with a brief inventory and organizational plan for approval.
Upon evaluation and approval of the organizational plan, MCCi will conduct a second onsite visit with your Records Personnel. This visit is designed to organize your documents and provide you with a written recommendation for purging records in accordance with retention schedules.
Records Retention Plan
Based upon the results of the Records Analysis Service, MCCi will create a Records Plan that will meet the specific needs of your organization. Your plan will include details on how your records are currently stored, current retention policies and a recommended method for purging and updating records.
